1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, reading notes on, downloading resources from, or utilizing practice assessments on StudyDump (studydump.vercel.app), you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Your access to or use of the platform constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue using StudyDump immediately.
2. Non-Profit Educational Mission & Strict Non-Commercial Use
StudyDump is an independent, non-profit academic resource created voluntarily by students to help fellow undergraduate engineering students access organized lecture notes, question banks, cheatsheets, and revision materials in one calm place.
All study notes, cheatsheets, interactive mock tests, and programming exercises are provided completely free of charge strictly for personal, non-commercial educational study, conceptual understanding, and exam revision.
You agree not to sell, license, redistribute for profit, monetize, place behind a commercial paywall, or bundle any materials, notes, or solutions from StudyDump for commercial gain.
3. Institutional Non-Affiliation & Descriptive Fair Use Disclaimer
StudyDump is an independent, student-created and student-curated repository maintained solely by Sehjal Saxena. StudyDump is NOT an official website, service, or publication of Chitkara University, Chitkara University Publications, or any university department, board, or administrative body.
StudyDump is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, certified by, or in any way formally operated in connection with Chitkara University or any other academic institution.
Any reference to university names, course titles, subject codes (such as 26CSE0105, 26CSE0106, etc.), syllabus outlines, or batch identifiers (such as G9) is made strictly for nominative, descriptive, and educational identification to assist enrolled students in locating relevant course revision material.
For official examination timetables, mark sheets, official curriculum requirements, attendance policies, and institutional notices, students must always consult official university communication portals (such as Chalkpad) and department faculty directly.
4. Curated Handouts, Authorship & Fair Attribution
Materials accessible on StudyDump fall into several distinct categories:
- Classroom Handouts & Faculty Slides: Academic documents, question papers, and syllabi shared in classrooms remain the intellectual property of their original faculty authors, educators, or respective academic bodies. They are collected and indexed on StudyDump under principles of non-commercial educational fair use to assist students in their coursework.
- Student-Synthesized Notes: Explanatory articles, step-by-step mathematical derivations, visual breakdowns, and interactive cheatsheets are synthesized by student curators from standard engineering textbooks and lectures.
- Platform Architecture & Code: The website architecture, search index algorithms, interactive mock exam engine, CodeRunner interface, and visual styling are original works created by Sehjal Saxena and student contributors.
5. Good-Faith Notice & Immediate Takedown Procedure
StudyDump operates in complete good faith and maintains deep respect for intellectual property rights, educators, and university authors.
If you are an educator, copyright owner, publisher, or institutional representative and believe that any material on StudyDump has been included without appropriate attribution, should be updated, or requires immediate removal:
Please contact the student developer directly with the specific page URL and details. Upon receiving verified notice, the developer will promptly review, adjust attribution, or permanently remove the contested material without dispute or resistance.
6. Academic Integrity & Prohibition of Examination Misuse
StudyDump actively champions and insists upon strict academic integrity. The platform is designed solely for advance preparation, conceptual understanding, and honest revision.
You explicitly agree that:
- You will NOT access, consult, or use StudyDump during closed-book, proctored university examinations, mid-term tests (CAT-1, CAT-2, ST-1), quizzes, or laboratory practical evaluations where unauthorized reference materials are prohibited by university policy.
- Mock assessment tests and practice banks on StudyDump are conceptual study simulations prepared by student curators for self-assessment. StudyDump does not possess, solicit, endorse, or distribute leaked or confidential university examination papers.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of study aids strictly adheres to your academic institution's code of academic integrity and student conduct policies.
- Any student who misuses StudyDump in violation of examination rules does so at their own exclusive risk. The developer bears zero responsibility for academic dishonesty committed by individual users.
7. Interactive Practice Tools & Sandbox Disclaimer
StudyDump provides interactive practice utilities, including an in-browser C programming runner and mock test evaluators.
These utilities are provided strictly "as-is" for personal practice and experimentation. While we endeavor to emulate standard GCC / C11 compiler behaviors and verify expected outputs against test cases, StudyDump does not guarantee that the in-browser sandbox will exhibit identical behavior, memory allocation, or compiler flags as university laboratory terminal environments or official grading portals.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Note Accuracy
All study notes, cheatsheets, question banks, and answer keys on StudyDump are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults, and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
While student curators make sincere efforts to maintain high quality, eliminate typos, and align content with current semester curricula:
- We do not warrant that all notes, solutions, or formula derivations are 100% complete, error-free, or exhaustive.
- Syllabi and course requirements can change between academic terms; students must always cross-reference notes with classroom lectures and official textbook assignments.
- StudyDump makes no guarantee that mock questions or practice banks will be asked in official university evaluations. Materials are meant for conceptual mastery and practice.
9. No Guarantee of Academic Outcomes
StudyDump makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding your academic performance, examination results, test scores, semester grades, GPA, or university evaluations.
Using this website does not substitute for attending university lectures, completing assigned laboratory practicals, reading prescribed textbooks, or consulting professors.
The developer and contributors shall not be held accountable or liable for any student's academic marks, examination failure, academic detention, disciplinary proceedings, or missed requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer (Sehjal Saxena), site contributors, or hosting providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever, including without limitation:
